Only used 1/8" of line off each string. The 3/4 acre lot usually takes 30-35 minutes to trim. Takes less time than with a push mower and then having to trim afterward.

Black and Decker NST1024 Electric Trimmer Review

This is a product review for the Black and Decker NST1024. It's a nice trimmer with good features. The motor is strong in both normal and boost mode. The battery has good life. It charges from dead to full in 9 hours with the included charger but a much faster charger is available separately. The auto line feed system works good. The whole lower assembly rotates 180 degrees to allow for edging by a sidewalk or driveway etc. The weight is good but the motor is housed down by the cutting head so it gives a heavy feel. Overall it's a great trimmer for any residential property. Plenty of power for the average user and features you'll like. The handles are nice and comfy even after extended use. The only things I didn't like were the weight of the motor being cantilevered out away from you and the stupid trigger safety thing.

Weed Trimmer String Replacement

I'm replacing the string in the weed trimmer. Not knowing how to do this can be extremely annoying when you have to use a weed trimmer in grueling summer heat. I shot this in direct sunlight and I'm sweaty so my complexion looks a little funky I think ;D
